Do you sell retail?
Yes! We are open to the public on Saturday from 9-2 pm from September to June. We are closed July & August and all major holiday weekends. All closures are posted on our social media and on our voicemail recordings. When in doubt – call or text the office 😊
Please note, if you test your luck and drive out during the week, you will be asked to return on a Saturday. Thank you for understanding and respecting our business hours.
Do you ship or deliver?
We do not ship or deliver to homeowners. Our only shipping/delivery is wholesale through brokers, direct sales, or Faire (B2B). Call the office to inquire further.
I think my rose died because __________________(insert reason here), can I get a replacement?
We do not replace roses or offer refunds. When investing in a live plant, it is up to you to properly care for it. We are a small business, not a big box store. We do however offer basic care support through our email (retailroses17530@gmail.com) note: this is not a full garden diagnostic, just a bit of a helping hand!
Do you have a list of roses available?
We do not publish a list. Our availability changes hourly at times and it would be impossible for us to maintain a published inventory. To check on specific varieties, simply call or text the office the Friday prior to visiting (as in, 1 day before visiting). We don’t hold roses and it’s not possible to predict our availability weeks or months in advance.
Do you offer bulk discounts for retail?
No we do not, we are open on Saturdays for enthusiasts to enjoy/purchase but we don’t do any scaled pricing or discounts.
How do I become a wholesale customer?
Our wholesale customers must be in the green industry – nursery, garden center, re-wholesaler, landscaper, landscape architect. All e-commerce or online sellers must have an LLC, corporation // tax id. We do not open accounts for other types of businesses.
